(St. John’s, NL – Monday, September 20, 2021) The Newfoundland and Labrador Oil & Gas Industries Association (Noia) will host its annual Oil & Gas Conference 2021 on September 21 & 22 at the St. John’s Convention Centre. This two-day event is themed Resilient & ReEnergized and will feature speakers on topics related to the offshore oil and gas industry such as cleantech and emission reduction, local content and benefits, market opportunities and diversification, and collaboration.
“We are very excited to once again host our annual conference this year after it was cancelled last year due to the global pandemic. Our industry is coming together after an extremely difficult few years, yet doing so with optimism as we look to reenergize and regain momentum within the offshore oil and gas industry. Our two-day conference includes an impressive line up of speakers, updates from offshore operators, and exclusive networking opportunities. While this year is a scaled-back version of our usual conference, it will undoubtedly be informative, timely and engaging; the same world-class, industry leading event members have come to appreciate and expect from Noia. I am also glad to say that for the first time our conference will be a carbon neutral event.”
- Charlene Johnson, Noia CEO
