Fall Seminar 2018 Tomorrow

On November 14, 2018 industry leaders will gather at the Delta St. John’s Hotel and Conference Centre for a not-to-be missed event that focuses on Preparing for the Potential of the Newfoundland and Labrador offshore oil & gas industry. Discussions will include the recent land sale of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, digitalization, and subsea activities.

Fall Seminar 2018 will open with an address by the Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Veteran’s Affairs, Associate Minister of National Defence, and Member of Parliament for St. John’s South-Mount Pearl.

The Fall Seminar 2018 luncheon will feature as keynote speaker Scott Tessier, Chair and CEO of the C-NLOPB, who will discuss important industry topics such as the pace of change, preparing for performance-based regulation, digitalization, environmental assessment, and long-term capacity.

With a focus on what is required by the industry to take advantage of the many opportunities expected in the near future, Fall Seminar 2018 also includes:
