The Newfoundland and Labrador Oil & Gas Industries Association (Noia) today announced the Honourable James Gordon Carr, Minister of Natural Resources, as a keynote speaker at this year’s Noia Oil & Gas Conference.
The Noia Oil & Gas Conference is Canada’s flagship offshore oil & gas industry information event, attracting global oil & gas industry leaders as both speakers and delegates.
