St. John’s, NL (April 7, 2016) — The Newfoundland and Labrador Oil & Gas Industries Association (Noia) is pleased to announce that delegates of its 2016 Oil & Gas Conference will hear from one of the newest entrants in Newfoundland and Labrador’s offshore industry, CNOOC-Nexen. Patrick McVeigh, Senior Vice President, Global Exploration and International Developments, will present ‘Evaluating Market Opportunities’ on Thursday, June 23.
