Come hear an international perspective on the impact of the new, regional, multi-client seismic survey – one of the largest programs globally – ongoing in offshore Newfoundland & Labrador, and the recent Flemish Pass discoveries.
Noia’s 2014 AGM, taking place on Thursday, February 6 at the Delta St. John’s Hotel, will feature Rod Starr, Senior VP Western Hemisphere with TGS Inc., as keynote speaker.
TGS provides multi-client geoscience data to oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) companies worldwide and is one of Nalcor’s partners in the seismic program taking place offshore Newfoundland & Labrador. Rod will speak about the game-changing effect of this new offshore seismic data and Statoil’s Flemish Pass discoveries; the C-NLOPB’s recent announcement of scheduled land sales; the impact on the world’s view of offshore Newfoundland & Labrador’s prospectivity; and how this will help increase exploration activity in the region.
